HEJC offers short and long-term parking, rental cars, limo service, catering, lavatory service, ice, coffee, newspapers, and quick turn-around. Twenty-four-hour service is available with advance notice. Pilots will appreciate the Pilot Lounge with weather, TV, Internet and computerized weather.
Homestead General Airport is a friendly, stress-free alternative to other Miami-area airports. Located 12 miles from the Homestead Miami Speedway, Homestead General is the ideal airport for race fans flying in for Nascar and Indy races. Homestead General also makes a convenient fueling stop on flights to the Florida Keys and to the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo. A 4,000 foot runway with no obstacles provides ample room for most General Aviation and small Jet aircraft.
HEJC's facilities are conveniently located at the approach end of runways 09 and 18. HEJC offers the best of both worlds - personalized service at competitive prices. Fuel prices on May 3, 2008 were AVGas at $4.60/gallon and Jet-A at $4.55/gallon.
